Terror In Athira!
The Chief of Altis Police, Austin M., was almost assassinated earlier this week. APD Weekly analysts suspect that the terror group “Crimson” made an attempt on the Chief’s life in response to his hard-line policies and tough-on-crime administration.
The suspect, “Chris Peacock”, was spotted at the Athira DMV house with a high-caliber rifle. Luckily, APD counter-snipers were able to eliminate him in quick order.
Officer of the Week
The APD Weekly staff has selected Sergeant “Shawn” as the APD Weekly Officer of the Week. Shawn provides a solid base of combat experience and leadership, often directing squads of inexperienced lawmen to victory using his extensive knowledge of rebel operations and tactics to counter any criminal or insurgent activity.
Captain or Lunatic?
APD Weekly sources report that Captain Djmon had a breakdown recently in the infamous “Captain Chat”. APD Weekly analysts speculate that Djmon imagined himself in a drive through amidst critical policy discussions.
When the APD Weekly editorial team reached out to Djmon for comment, he declined to respond. Who knows what this means for the future of the APD…
Lieutenant Z-freak?
APD Weekly sources have located an image of Lieutenant Zdeat with a phallic staff mounted atop his forehead. It’s unclear if the object belongs to Zdeat, but APD analysts speculate that its true origins are much closer to home: as Lieutenant Junke has been seen walking oddly around the HQ, after a recent visit from Zdeat.
